Sandy Lee Bouie, 73 of Kelly, Louisiana was born on February 4, 1943 in Monroe, Louisiana to the union of his parents Sandy Bouie and Onie Williams Bouie. He passed from this life on Saturday November 19, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness. He was a woodsman working in the logging industry his entire adult life. Memorial service details will be announced at a later time.
