Ronald Steven Rainwater was a one hundred percent Disabled Veteran and received four Purple Hearts. To say he loved his country would be an under statement. He served in the United States Army.

Mr. Rainwater married the lady who changed his life for thirteen years: Mrs. Kim Rainwater; others left to cherish his memory include,  two daughters: Christy Hornsby and Amanda Coker; two step sons: James Platt  and Carl Platt (Candida) ; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and fourteen step great grandchildren; two sisters:  Sharon Hobbs (Guion) and Sara Ross (George);  and his brother: Sean Rainwater (Tammy) .

He was preceded in death by his son: Cody Rainwater; his son in law: Chad Coker; his parents: Louis and Wilma Rainwater and by his brother's: Stacy Rainwater, Scott Rainwater. His paternal grandparents:  Charles and Louise Rainwater and Maternal Grandparents: Robert and Thelma Coleman.

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. Amen
