Funeral services for Roger Dale Brown age 64 of Columbia will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday December 16, 2021 from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to service time Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Hebert Cemetery at Hebert, LA.

Roger Dale Brown was born on November 12, 1957 in Monroe, LA to his parents Mr. & Mrs. John Brown and he passed from this life on December 12, 2021 at his residence. Roger was a heavy equipment operator. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, and by his wife Belinda and his brother Johnny Brown. Roger spent his spare time listening to music, and watching Saints football. He loved his dog Rudy beyond measure. He loved spending time with family, and he was a Collector of many things.

Left to cherish his memory is his sons: Derek Brown and Brannon Brown; two sisters: Linda Lott (Mickey) and Mary Humphries (Larry) and his grandchildren who were a light in his world, Denzel Brown and Brenna Brown.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Adams, Timmy Allen, Tony Cockrell, Dwayne Humphries, Roy Dean Humphries and Michael Lott.
