Patsy Ann Perkins

Patsy Ann Gilliam Perkins was born January 10, 1965, in Houma, Louisiana, to the union of her parents, Johnny Gilliam and Ann Hall Gilliam, and she passed from this life July 23, 2026, at her residence following a brief illness. Pat was beautiful inside and out. She had a heart full of love for her family. Pat rarely missed an event that her grandkids had and she loved the time spent with them. Pat enjoyed doing all the girly things like hair, nails, make-up, and shopping. She also liked going camping, riding the side x side, and planting flowers. Pat was preceded in death by her father; her grandson, James Fenn; and two nephews, Britt Gilliam and Logan Franklin.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Richard Perkins; son, Joey Fuzzell (Brittany); brother, Johnny Wayne Gilliam (Kristi); sisters: Donna Stewart (Buck), Sandy Gilliam, and DeeDee Gilliam; her precious grandchildren: Addy, Liam, Ryatt, Rosie, Brielle, Bailey, Libby, Raylee, Noah, Trey, and Livi; and her fur-baby, Missy.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 31, 2026, at Pinehill Baptist Church in Olla, LA, with Bro. Stacy Pittman officiating. The family will begin visitation at 12:00 PM prior to the service.
