Nina Yvonne White

Graveside funeral services for Nina Yvonne White, age 76 of Columbia will be held 1:00 PM Thursday September 5, 2024 at the Olla Cemetery, Olla, LA  under direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia from 11:00 AM until 12:30 PM.

Mrs. White was born on May 10, 1948 in Oak Grove, Louisiana  and passed from this life on September 1, 2024 at the Haven Nursing Center in Columbia following an extended illness.

Yvonne was a loving mother, grand mother and great-grand-mother. She loved to drink coffee and play dice. She was loved by her family and will be truly missed. She was preceded in death by her mother Mrs. Elma Green and by her son Eddie Finley.

Left to cherish her memory are her two sons Darren Finley (Melissa) of Columbia and Bobby Finley (Renae) of Olla; eleven grandchildren and thirty one great-grandchildren; her special friend , Sybil Coates King of Shreveport and her beloved dog, "MoJo".

Serving as pallbearers will be Daniel Smith,  Cory Finley, Caiden Finley and Andrew Walters. Honorary pallbearers include Troy Finley, Ayden Walters and Garrett Boyd.
