Mark Steven Scurlock

Mark Steven Scurlock age 63 of Columbia, LA passed away on May 12, 2026 at his home. Mark was a cook at the local Sonic in Columbia. Mark was born on June 28, 1962 at Shreveport, LA to the union of his beloved parents Archie Corbett Scurlock, JR and Glenda Marjorie McNeese Scurlock. Mark was known for his big and loving heart. He would help anyone in need  even if it meant giving you the shirt off his own back. His Work Ethic was exceptional. Simply put he was a "Treasure in Life".

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his twin brother Michael Lee Scurlock.

Left to cherish his memory is his sister: Elizabeth Miller; nieces and nephews: Marissa, Holley, Deriah, Lawrence and Mitch; great nieces and nephews: Landon, Trinity, Emmarye, Tristen, Adaline, Peyton and Liam; Jana Bougeouis and husband Gray, Mindy Adams and husband Brandon, Jessica Hebert and husband Brandon and Chad Scurlock and wife Teezie.
