Margaret Marie Hunt Vidrine

Margaret Marie Hunt Vidrine age 77 of Clarks, LA was born on December 18, 1943 at Clarks, LA to the union of her parents Harrison D. Hunt and Helen Perkins Hunt and passed from this life on November 18, 2020 at the Haven Nursing Center in Columbia following an extended illness. Margaret Marie made her living as an LPN and truly loved her patients and the work she had chosen.. She spent most of her career at the Haven Nursing Center in Columbia. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her son Anthony C. “Tony” Vidrine and by her siblings: Jerry Wayne Hunt, Harry Dale Hunt, Mildred L. Boyd, Irena Stinson and Martha Ann Gordy. To know Marie was to love her and her smile was infectious. She will be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are two daughters: Marie Nelson (Mack) of Columbia and Lisa A. Wilkes, widow of Eddie Chris Wilks; two sisters: Carolyn Sue Northrop, of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Geraldine Blount of Oberlin, LA. a number of grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. We sincerely hope that we will not offend anyone as we ask at this time for your deepest understanding of our request that you please remain home and observe a period of silent prayer on Saturday November 21st at 1:00PM as we help our loved one's soul to ascend to heaven at a private outdoor ceremony. We ask your cooperation in this as an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
