Funeral Services for Jessie Clark will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Bro. Shane Duke officiating with interment being private.

Jessie Leo Clark was born August 15, 1945 in St. Francisville, Louisiana to the union of his parents, James Clark SR and Eunice Oser Clark and passed from this life April 20, 2026 at Plantation Manor Nursing and Rehab Center. Jessie was devoted Christian, husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. He loved his simple life. He cherished his wife, and enjoyed bragging on his grandkids. Jessie had a passion for music and collecting records. He would travel around thrifting just looking. He collected over twenty-five thousand records and could tell you anything from the front cover to the back cover. He took pride in his collection. Jessie was always a hard worker. He started delivering Grit papers on his bicycle at a very young age. His work ethic didn't stop there. Jessie owned and operated his own business "The Clark Brothers" furniture store until he retired.

Jessie was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Rachel Hayes; grandson, Patrick Hayes; and two sisters, Erma and Mary Clark. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Lois Clark; daughters, Leah Luck (James Sr.), Valerie Clark (Crell), Crystal Lee (Robby); brothers, Ben Clark (Opal), Jim Clark (Sherry), Odis Clark (Rita), Joe Clark (Bonnie), and Robert Clark (Mona); sisters, Ruth Ann Brown (Billy) and Amy Clark; Grandchildren, James Luck Jr (Hali), Jesslyn Dufour (Andre'), Tara Mariano (James), Aaron Hayes, Ethan Lee, Jacob Lee, and Jonathan Lee; great-grandchildren, James Luck III, Taran Dufour, and Joseph Mariano.

Pallbearers will include, Ethan Lee, Jacob Lee, Jonathan Lee, Aaron Hayes, Robby Lee, and James Luck Sr.. Honorary Pallbearers will include his brothers, Ben Clark, Jim Clark, Joe Clark, Odis Clark, and Robert Clark.
