Jean Clint Holloway

A visitation to remember the life of Jean Holloway, age 44 of Urania, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday, September 3, 2022, at the Chapel of Riser and Son Funeral Home in Olla, LA.

Jean Clint Holloway was born March 10, 1978, in Columbia, LA. Jean aka "Popeye" was a hard worker who admired his daughter and cherished his family. Jean was a down to earth country boy, who loved hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed the outdoors even if it was working in the yard. John liked listening to music and shooting the bull with his friends. Jean will be forever missed and always in the hearts of his family and friends.

John was preceded in death by his wife, Jeannie Holloway; his mother, Cynthia Fritz Hortman; sister, Shannon Atwell; paternal grandmother, Jewel Myers; and  maternal grandmother, Wynona "Nonie" Holloway.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Sierra Jean Holloway; father, Eugene "Jake" Myers (Jeannie); sisters: Mary "Gin" Forrest (Jason), and Shonda Ledet (Kert); along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
