Funeral services for Donald Moore, age 70 of Kelly, LA will be held at 10 AM Friday, April 24, 2015 from the sanctuary of Kelly Baptist Church with Bro. Joe Aguillard officiating. Interment will follow at Holum Baptist Church Cemetery, Grayson, LA. Visitation will be Thursday, April 23, 2015 at Kelly Baptist Church from 5 PM to 8 PM. Mr. Moore was born on January 6, 1945 in Clarks, LA to the union of his parents, Nervie and Georgia Ann Sanders Moore and passed from this life on April 22, 2015 in Kelly, LA. Donald enjoyed playing the guitar and all types of music and instruments. He is preceded in death by his parents; nephew, Ronnie Allen; brothers: Roy G. Moore, Billy R. Moore, William W. Moore and Jimmy D. Moore; sisters: Lucille Moore Varnell, Betty Faye Wheat and Ellen Inez Moore and great-grandson, Christopher James McGee. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Amelia Gaye Bonnett Moore; daughter, Donna Gaye Green and husband, Terry; siblings: Clarence and Peggy Moore, Dale and Kathie Moore, Buddy Moore and Rena Moore and Sam Tidwell; grandchildren: Casey Noel McGee and Justin Reed; great-grandchildren: Kaydince Jade McGee and Kassidy Lynn McGee and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Pallbearers will be Terry Green, Conrad Linton, Cecil Schuman, Johnny Lutrick, Keith Wilkins, Moose Thompson, Jimmy Lane Bradford and Kevin Conner. Honorary pallbearers will be Luther Howard, his nephews and his great-nephews.
