Dennis Edward Parmer

Memorial services for Dennis Parmer will be held 2:00 PM December 17, 2023 at Life Church of Columbia in Columbia, Louisiana.

Dennis Edward Parmer was born September 20, 1958 in Ouachita Parish to the union of his parents, Edward Eugene Parmer and Dorothy Moody Parmer and passed from this life November 24, 2023 in Jackson, Mississippi following a brief illness. Dennis gave the gift of life by being an organ donor. He spent his life in the law enforcement field as a baliff of the court, security, prison transport, as well as other positions needed in the judicial department. Dennis loved to hunt and fish. He was a friendly person with a big heart and loved his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents,  his sister, Suzy Butler and a cousin, Bobby Harvey. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brandy Volentine Parmer; his three children: Amanda Ybarra (Arnold), Jeremy Parmer (Tia), Dustin "Destiny" Parmer; granddaughter, Tyler McCain & fiance' Brandon Miladin; and special friends, Jan Hatten, Anjan, Tiffany, and Lisa.
