Clifton E. "Click" Henry, Sr.

Clifton E. "Click" Henry, Sr., 72 of Jena, Louisiana passed to his heavenly home peacefully and surrounded by his family on February 21, 2023. He was born July 7, 1950 to the union of his parents George R. (Buddy) and Ruby Henry. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday February 23, 2023 at the Urania Cemetery in Urania, LA.

He was preceded in death by his father, a sister Dottie Henry Warwick, two brothers Larry Henry and Bruce Henry.

He is survived by his mother, a daughter Trina Diane Henry Parker and a son Clifton E. (Clif) Henry, JR. and wife Tina. The mother of his children and life long friend of 57 years Diane Hudnall Henry; six grandchildren, Melani, Ryan, Shannon, Taylor, Chelsey and Madison; two step grandchildren Ashton and Nacey; four great grandchildren, Brady, Krew, Emry and Cara. Also left to cherish his memory, his sister-in-law Janice Henry and a host of nieces and nephews.

He worked for Justiss Oil Company for twenty five years and for Curtis and Son Oil Companies for twenty years. After retiring he worked ten years for Murphrey Oil Company, Inc. He was an accomplished body man and devoted many hours rebuilding antique trucks as a hobby. He was a loving father to his children and Pappy to his grandchildren.

We as a family would like to sincedrely thank and show our utmost appreciation to the very caring staff at All Saints Hospice and Riser & Son Funeral Home. The excellent care they provided will forever be appreciated. Also his full time care giver, his daughter-in-law Tina Henry, did an excellent job.

Pallbearers will be Ryan McCann, Shannon Bailey, Brookes Volentine, John Hudnall, John McIlwain and James White.
