Clara Frances Dulaney

Funeral services for Clara Frances Duncan Dulaney, age 93 of Hebert, LA, will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 10, 2025, from the Columbia chapel of Riser & Son Funeral Home with Bro. Clyde Fowler and Bro. Randy Hatten officiating. Interment will follow in the Dulaney Cemetery at Sikes in Winn Parish, Louisiana. The Dulaney Family will receive visitors on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Mrs. Dulaney was born on August 2, 1932 at Hebert, LA and passed from this life on Wednesday August 6, 2025, Jackson, MS, at St. Dominic's Hospital. Mrs. Dulaney worked for Red Cross Drug and then high school food services, where she retired at age 67. She lived a wonderful life and loved going to church at the Methodist Church of Hebert. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by so many. Mrs. Dulaney was preceded in death by her parents, Julius Duncan and Julia Garner Duncan Duchesne; her husband, Buddy Dulaney; brother, J. C. Duncan; son-in-law, James Dennis Hill; sister-in-law, Barbara Duncan; step-father, Roe Duchesne; step-sisters, Carol Duchesne Crain, Brenda Duchesne, and Virginia Davis (Audie); and step-brothers, Kenny Duchesne and Roy Duchesne.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Hill; son, Harold Dulaney (Sharon); grandchildren: James Jay Hill (Chasity), Cody Hill, Jessica Hill Stapleton (Bubba), and Ethan Dulaney; great-grandchildren: Mallory Danchal, Kensley Hill (Patrick), Kurstin Stapleton (Austin), LaKota Stapleton (Bailey); great-great-grandchildren: Paisley Danchal, Kobi Hill, Lexi Hill, Cody Hill, Jr., Jasa Ireland, Jace Ireland, Weston Stapleton, and Demi Stapleton. 

Serving as pallbearers will be LaKota "Little Man" Stapleton, Jay Hill, Austin Ireland, Ethan Dulaney, Bubba Stapleton, and Terry Parker. Honorary pallbearers include Kobi Hill, Little Cody Hill, Weston Stapleton, Jase Ireland, and Cody Hill.
