Brenda Dale Sneed Cockerham

Brenda Dale Sneed Cockerham, age 80 of Jonesboro, was born on March 4, 1941 at Oak Grove, LA to the union of her parents, Clyde Sherwood and Ora Dell Hall Sneed and she passed peacefully from this life on June 23, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bobby Ray Cockerham; brothers, Carl Leroy Sneed and Jimmie Kennith Sneed; and sisters, Vivian LaNell Sneed Barrios and Ellen Elaine Sneed Trosclair. Brenda loved reading, traveling, and genealogy, but her favorite thing was spending time with her family.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her son, Timothy Raymond Cockerham (Julie) of Jonesboro; her daughters: Joy Millicent Green (Fiance’ James) of Harrisonburg, Dena Jo Cockerham (Chanda) of Monroe, and Amy Denise Allen (Chuck) of Yonges Island, SC; grandchildren: Sara Marie Cockerham Atwell (Brent), Timothy Raymond Cockerham II (Ashley), Katherine Loraine Cockerham Perot (Randy), Jessica Raye Allen Smith (John), and Charles William Allen III ( Crissy); great-grandchildren: Hunter Dwayne Humphries, Emma Jean Humphries, Eli Brenton Atwell, Casen Ray Cockerham, Camden James Cockerham, Shelby Lane Perot, Brendan Eric Perot, Gracee Renee Perot, Zoye Denise Smith, Gabriella Jolie Smith, Amber Lee Allen, Charles William Allen IV, Nathan Chuck Allen, and Andrew Pierce Harbor.

A memorial will be held at a later date.
