Funeral services for Bobby Ray Bradford, age 92 of Natchez, Mississippi and formerly of Olla, LA will be held on Friday December 26, 2025 from the sanctuary of First Baptist Church of Olla with Bro. Dennis Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Georgetown Cemetery under direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Olla. The Bradford Family will receive visitors on Friday December 26 at the church from 9:30 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.
Mr. Bradford was a retired 6th grade school teacher in the LaSalle Parish School System where he left an indelible mark on the lives of all his students. To this day he still remembered many of his students names. He was an outdoor enthusiast and loved to hunt. He loved people and never met a stranger. He was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Olla. He was preceded in death by his parents, J. O. Bradford and Velma Blackshear Bradford, by his brother: Jim Bradford, his sister: Melba Jane Little and his beloved grand daughter: Corie Bradford.
Survivors include: his wife: Lola Bradford, two sons: Ray L. Bradford and wife Andrea and Jimmy Lane Bradford and Tammy; his sister: Debbie Bradford ; eight grandchildren: James Brown (Amy), Parker Brown (Amanda), Chase Brown (Lauren), Rebecca Kelpe (Lance), Cody Bradford, Tori Bradford, Dillon Bradford (Lizzy), Justice Bradford, Amanda Baker (Kyle), Ryan Comer (Ashley); ten great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
The Bradford Family would like to extend a special thanks to Addie Washington, Nicole Washington and Deaconess Hospice for the love and compassion shown to our dad and the entire family during his final days
Serving as pallbearers will be Chip Little, Rob Little, Jason Bradford, Scottie Martin, Derek Redfearn and Sam Lindsey.
